Where we deliver
We deliver everywhere in Quetta through our own riders and all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Delivery times
- Inside Quetta: orders confirmed before 2:00 PM are delivered the same day. Orders confirmed after 2:00 PM are delivered the next day.
- Rest of Pakistan: usually 2–4 working days after dispatch. Remote areas may take a little longer.
- Delivery may be delayed on public holidays, during bad weather, strikes or other events outside our control. We will keep you updated.
Delivery charges
- Free delivery in Quetta on orders over Rs 3,000.
- A small delivery fee applies to Quetta orders under Rs 3,000 and to orders outside Quetta.
- The exact delivery charge is always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order confirmation and tracking
- We may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your order and address before dispatch.
- For courier orders, we will share your tracking number by SMS, WhatsApp or email once your parcel is dispatched.

Receiving your parcel
- Please make sure someone is available at the address and your phone is reachable.
- For cash on delivery, keep the exact amount ready.
- Please check the parcel before accepting it. If the box is open, torn or damaged, you may refuse it or accept it and inform us within 48 hours with photos.
- If the rider cannot reach you after repeated attempts, the order may be returned to us and cancelled.
Store pickup
You are welcome to collect your order from our store at Main Airport Road, Killi Almass, Quetta. Message us to arrange a pickup time — it is free.
