The rules for using the Quetta Khaas website and buying from us.

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Quetta Khaas website and to every order placed with us online, by phone or on WhatsApp. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Your account

You can shop as a guest or create an account.
Please give accurate name, phone and address details — wrong details can delay or cancel delivery.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.

Products and authenticity

We sell original products sourced from brands, authorised distributors and trusted suppliers.
Product photos are for illustration. Packaging, colour and size may vary slightly as brands update their designs.
Descriptions are provided in good faith from the manufacturer’s information. Always read the label and ingredients before use.

Health and safety

Our products are for external / personal use as directed on the pack. Information on our website is general and is not medical advice. If you have sensitive skin, allergies, a medical condition, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, please do a patch test and consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Stop using any product that causes irritation. Keep products out of reach of children.

Prices and availability

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs). The final amount, including any delivery charge, is shown at checkout before you confirm.
Prices and stock can change without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to offer a replacement or cancel that item.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a typing or technical error, we may cancel the order and will inform you. Any payment made will be refunded in full.

Orders

After you place an order you will receive a confirmation. We may call or WhatsApp you to verify it, especially for cash on delivery orders.
We may refuse or cancel an order if it cannot be verified, the address cannot be reached, or we suspect fraud or reselling in bulk.
You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched by calling or messaging us.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa and debit / credit cards where available at checkout.
For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready and pay the rider when you receive your parcel.
Repeatedly refusing cash on delivery parcels without a valid reason may lead to cash on delivery being disabled for your account or phone number.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery times and charges are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Reviews and content

When you post a review, you confirm it is honest and your own, and you allow us to display it on our website and social media. We may remove reviews that are offensive, misleading, off-topic or contain personal information.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website — for example by placing fake orders, trying to break security, copying our content or product listings for commercial use, or posting harmful material. The Quetta Khaas name, logo, design and original content belong to us. Brand names and logos shown on products belong to their respective owners.

Limitation of liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and running, but we cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or available. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, or for reactions caused by using a product against its label directions or without a patch test. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of Pakistan.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be resolved in good faith by talking to us; if that is not possible, it will be handled by the courts in Quetta, Balochistan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page on the day you place your order applies to that order.
